Susana Balbo

Susana Balbo

Susana Balbo Wines is an eponymous winery founded by Argentina's first female winemaker. In 1999, after more than two decades as a consultant in international wineries, Susana Balbo decided to follow her dream and found her own estate in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Argentina's oldest and most important wine region. The typical climate of this region with great number of sunny days and little rain has helped the grapes to grow naturally without the use of pesticides.

Susana Balbo’s wines are sold in over 40 different countries, and they are all made with the same attention: great terroir knowledge, pioneering winemaking abilities and environmental awareness.
