The evening begins with the elegance and freshness of Crémant de Bordeaux, followed by refined expressions of white and Rosé wines, before moving into the structure and depth of Bordeaux reds. From Château Ferrande to Aspirant de Beychevelle and Château Montlabert, each wine reveals its own personality while reflecting the terroir, winemaking style and savoir-faire of its estate.
