Red Apron is recruiting Sales Supervisor for our Ho Chi Minh & Phu Quoc branché. Please send your CV following the instructions below:
I. MARKETING SPECIALIST (HCMC)
A. Key responsibilities
1. Event
- Plan and coordinate wine/spirits events (including but not limited to: wine dinners, wine tastings, masterclasses, trainings for professionals, guestshift…)
- Work closely with sales team and line manager to plan for all events in the South, including locally hosted events and events hosted by foreign visitors (winery owners, brand ambassadors, wine professionals…)
- Work with internal team to coordinate and arrange all suitable trade activities for foreign visitors
- Develop and implement event concepts and themes based on brand requirements and company objectives
- Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, negotiation, and tracking expenses.
- Work with design team to develop event invitations, and marketing collaterals following brand’s guideline and team’s request
- Coordinate event logistics, including but not limited to, venue selection, transportation and accommodation for foreign visitors
- Collaborate with team to promote events through various channels.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement
2. Communication
- Work with design team to prepare brand & company marketing materials (online and printed: sales kit, product flyers, company profile…) upon request
- Assist in coordinating other channels including website product information, print ads upon request
- Work with local KOLs, influencers or local PR agency to conduct campaign by brands
- Handle marketing collaterals for customers upon request
3. Other administrative tasks
- Collect & submit necessary paperwork related to event organization as required by the company
- Organize and upkeep of a library of digital assets, collaterals, and other shared resources
- Support to implement brand plans, key marketing programs and activations
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
B. Requirements
- Strong verbal and written skill in English and Vietnamese
- Organizational skills - Attention to details
- Ability to adapt to the quick changing working environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
II. MARKETING INTERN (HCMC)
A. Key responsibilities
- Support in preparing related marketing materials for all events in the South of Vietnam, including locally hosted events and events hosted by foreign visitors (winery owners, brand ambassadors, wine professionals…)
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop engaging content for website and social media platforms; especially production for short videos (social media): pre-production, filming and editing
- Follow guidelines and direction to prepare online and printed marketing materials (flyers, brochures, sales kit...)
- Support translating and writing PR articles for external magazines / partners’ platforms
- Support collecting and submitting necessary paperwork related to events and other marketing activities
- Support organizing and up-keeping of a library of digital assets, collaterals, and other shared resources
B. Requirements
- 3rd/4th year students or freshly-graduated candidates with major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related fields.
- Can work full-time during the internship (or at least 30 hours/week)
- Strong verbal and written skill in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to use video editing software is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
III. SALES SUPERVISOR (PHU QUOC)
- Daily management of accounts portfolio (hotels+restaurants)
- Updating customer’s wine list regularly (Bin ends, vintages…)
- Promoting new arrival products
- Dealing with wine of the month, promotion, special programm.
- Organizing tasting with current customers + new potential ones
- Organizing training for hotels and restaurant’s staffs.
- Assisting the client in wine list design, printing, advice in term of wine list balance and selection
- Organizing wine events
- Stock co - management
- Assisting closely with Vietnamese sales team
B. Requirements
- University graduate majoring in Business Administration
- At least 2 years of experience in wine, beer, beverage or FMCG.
- Good communicative skills
- Analytical skill, decision-making and problem solving skill
- Sales and negotiating skills
- Able to work under high pressure
- Communicative English
- Proficient in office computing
