Born and raised in a renowned wine country, Laura Gutiérrez developed a deep passion for the world of wine from an early age. After earning a degree in Hospitality Management, she quickly established her career in the wine industry in Dublin, where she managed one of Ireland’s largest wine cellars.

With over eight years of experience, Laura has continuously expanded her expertise. She spent four years at Celliers d’Asie in the Sales & Marketing department before fully committing to wine education. Holding WSET Level 3 (Merit), Spanish Wine Scholar (Highest Honors), and French Wine Scholar certifications, she is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma. She serves as a Wine Educator at Red Apron Wine School.

Beyond teaching, Laura remains deeply engaged in marketing and communications, actively promoting wine culture through events, content strategies, and specialized training programs. She is dedicated to designing innovative, engaging courses tailored to a wide range of audiences—from beginners taking their first steps into the world of wine to seasoned professionals seeking to refine their tasting skills and deepen their expertise. Her courses blend academic knowledge with hands-on experiences, fostering an interactive and immersive learning environment that brings the art of wine appreciation to life.
