A seasoned wine professional and passionate educator, Mr. Tùng is currently a Lecturer at Red Apron Wine School, where he imparts profound wine knowledge and nurtures a deep appreciation for the art of wine among his students. With over eight years of experience in the wine industry, he has developed a strong foundation in both theoretical expertise and practical application, refining his ability to engage and inspire learners.

Before stepping into his current teaching role, Mr. Tùng served as an Assistant Retail Director, gaining invaluable experience in curating fine wine selections and delivering exceptional service to wine enthusiasts. His journey in wine education began as a WSET Assistant Lecturer, where he contributed to training programs and later advanced to becoming a WSET Lecturer, guiding hundreds of students toward prestigious international wine certifications.

Holding the esteemed WSET Level 3 Award in Wines with Distinction, Mr. Tùng possesses an exceptional command of viticulture, winemaking, and sensory evaluation. Beyond his credentials, he is widely recognized for his engaging, insightful, and inspiring teaching style—one that fosters both knowledge and passion in every student he mentors.
