TASTING NOTES: Coconut and much butter, slightly nutty, then becoming floral, finally even some yellow fruit of apricot. On the palate a generous attack, amazing fullness given the vintage, well-integrated and lively but not too austere acidity, and the tactile minerality remains very long on the palate.
FOOD PAIRINGS: White Meat & Fish in Butter/Creamy Sauce | Pasta | Tonkotsu Ramen | Tom Kha Gai
