GRAPES VARITETIES: 100% Pinot Noir
TASTING NOTES: The wine opens with alluring aromas of kirsch and candied cherry, unfolding into a bright, firm palate laced with tart rhubarb. Layers of chalky minerality and a vibrant saline edge give it both texture and tension, while subtle notes of rosehip, cherry pit, and smoky black tea add a refined, piquant complexity that lingers through a long, mouthwatering finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Poultry | Mushrooms dishes | Famous Burgundian dishes (beef stew, coq au vin) | Local cheese
