TASTING NOTES:
Clear, deep coppery amber. Green grapes, almonds, hazelnuts, chamois leather, fig and faint marmalade. Dry but not bone dry, well-balanced with rich grape juice, good acidity, vanilla and light toasty oak tannins.

In 1835 Manuel María González bought a small winery in Jerez which he named Tío Pepe after his uncle, who had taught him everything about winemaking traditions in Jerez.
