In the Northeastern corner of Hungary, the Tokaji region has long been considered to produce the King of wines and Wine of kings with its luscious sweet Tokaji Aszu, slowly fermented for years in oak casks.
In the hands of Spanish Legend Vega Sicilia, the historical Oremus estate crafted a dry version of Tokaji using local Noble grape Furmint, aged in small new oak casks on its lees in the purest tradition.
