Clos de Tart, the epitome of great red Burgundy, is situated in the heart of the Côte de Nuits in Morey-Saint-Denis village. This is the largest Grand Cru Monopole of Burgundy, with a total of 7.53 hectares in size. Remarkably, despite a history dating back to 1411, Clos de Tart has never been divided.

Truly unique, thanks to a diverse terroir consisting of 12 micro climats (subplots). The planting of vines here is different from the majority of vineyards in the Côte-d'Or: the best Pinot Noir are planted north to south, vertical to the slope line. This helps provide the best conditions for the vines to grow in, most of them planted well over 50 years ago. A guarenteed unrivalled complexity in the wines of this 900-year-old Estate.
