I. INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

The card payment system is provided by payment gateway partners (“Payment Gateway Partners”) that have been licensed to operate legally in Vietnam. Accordingly, card payment security standards at the redapron.vn website ensure compliance with industry security standards.

2. Security regulations

Payment transaction policy by international and domestic cards (internet banking) ensures compliance with security standards of Payment Gateway Partners including:

- Customer's financial information will be protected throughout the transaction process using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

- Payment information data security standard certification (PCI DSS) provided by Trustwave.

- One-time password (OTP) is sent via SMS to ensure authenticated account access.

- 128 bit MD5 encryption standard.

- Information security principles and regulations in the banking and finance industry according to regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

- Payment transaction security policy of website redapron.vn applies to Customers.

- The Company provides token storage facility - only storing the encrypted string provided to the Company by the Payment Gateway Partner. The company does not directly store customer card information. Security of Customer payment card information is performed by a licensed Payment Gateway Partner.

- For international cards: Customer's payment card information that can be used to establish transactions is not stored on the redapron.vn website system, the Payment Gateway Partner will store and keep it confidential.

- For domestic cards (internet banking): The Company only stores order codes, transaction codes and bank names. The company commits to ensuring strict implementation of necessary security measures for all payment activities performed on the e-commerce trading floor website redapron.vn.

III. GENERAL TRANSACTION TERMS

When you visit our website, you agree to these terms. The Website reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of these Terms of Sale, at any time. IV. PURCHASE POLICY

1. How to order

Customers can refer to the following payment methods and choose the one that suits them best:

- Method 1: Direct payment at boutiques (buyer receives the product at the seller's address).

- Method 2: Online payment through credit cards, bank transfers.

Selling or providing alcohol to individuals under 18 years of age in Vietnam is a legal violation. By placing an order or registering for any Red Apron Fine Wines & Spirits-related events, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. In accordance with the Company's age verification policy and to comply with Vietnamese licensing laws, participants may be required to present a photo ID to prove their age. If you are unable to do so, we will decline to provide services and products to you.

2. Goods checking policy

Goods checking is to perform the tasks of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the package sent by redapron.vn with the products in the customer's order.

- Time to check goods:

+ Our company does not sell alcohol to people under 18 years old.

+ redapron.vn supports customers to crosscheck with the delivery staff at the time of receipt. Product testing is not supported.

+ After checking the goods, if the customer checks and finds an error, he or she can contact the customer service department for support. Please note, you are required to record a video when receiving the goods, while unpacking them, for later comparison/complaint evidence.

- Scope of goods checking:

+ Customers can check the actual products received, compare the received products with the products on the order after Shop staff confirms the order according to the following criteria: sample photo, product code, product's name…

+ Do not peel or open product boxes with seals or guarantee stamps.

+ Do not scratch codes for products with accumulated points or exchange gifts.

- Steps to take when the goods received are not as ordered:

When crosscheck, if the product received is not the same as the product you ordered, please contact hotline 19000245 to meet with customer service to confirm your order.

In case redapron.vn packs the wrong order or does not follow the customer's request, the customer may not receive the goods or make payment. In case the order has been paid, the customer can request to resubmit a new order.

In case redapron.vn packs the goods according to the order, but the customer changes their needs, the customer can request to exchange the goods and apply the goods exchange policy. In this case, customers please pay the cost of exchange and delivery of new products and related costs.

3. Product Description and Pricing on the Website

The product description and the price to be paid for the products or services you order are listed in our price list, advertising materials, and/or on our website. If we, due to an error, have priced an item or service lower than intended, we will not be responsible for providing that item at the listed price unless we have informed you before delivering the related item, or if we do not ship an item within 7 working days from the time we accept your order, we may cancel your order and provide you with a refund for any payment you have made. You may choose to pay the correct price, in which case, we will proceed with your order. If you are charged too much for an item, you will receive a full refund of the price difference.

We reserve the right to change the prices of products. Please refer to our latest price list or website for all current pricing. Please note that prices stated in the most recent price list or on our website will replace any prices mentioned in these policies and terms if there is a discrepancy.

Product prices may be subject to currency and market fluctuations, changes in taxes and VAT, as well as unsold inventory. When buying wine by the case, the price reduction reflects the discount for purchasing a case of a single wine (not a mix of different wines). If any other currency is mentioned, it is subject to currency fluctuations and is for reference only.

4. Product and Service Quality Commitment and Guarantee

We are committed to providing customers with superior service quality and ensuring the safety and legality of our products. If a bottle of wine is defective or damaged, we will promptly replace it with a different bottle; or if we cannot replace it with another bottle, we will offer a refund equivalent to the value of the bottle. We may request the return of the faulty bottle. Many wines are sold for consumption when young, so we provide simple guidelines to help customers understand the optimal drinking time for all our wines. If the wine is stored for too long or not properly preserved, we may not be able to provide a refund. If you believe a wine is defective, please contact us at 1900 0245 or send an email to info@redapron.vn, and we will be ready to collect the wine and conduct an inspection. V. PAYMENT POLICY

Purchasing and payment methods at redapron.vn are carried out as follows:

Due to the business characteristics of the alcohol industry (conditionally traded product), according to the provisions of Article 6 of Decree No. 24/2020/ND-CP on Prevention and Control of Harms of Liquor and Beer Abuse (the Law) on preventing people under 18 years old from approaching, accessing, searching for information and buying liquor and beer in e-commerce sales of liquor and beer.

So we only apply online payment via payment gateways and e-wallets integrated on the Website when purchasing products online at redapron.vn.

Please note that when placing an order, after completing the orderer information and going to the payment step, the payment information (card, wallet) of the ordering account and payment account must be the same person. If they do not match, we are forced to cancel the order and will notify the customer to place a new order.

+ In case you pay by Visa or Master card by swiping the card at redapron.vn, you must bring the card with your name to get and sign to the bill. We will not be responsible when you use someone else's card to pay.

Immediately after checking and receiving a "YES" message from the Bank via the customer's phone, we will process the wines and deliver them to you as soon as possible.
