If a bottle of wine is defective or damaged, we will promptly replace it with a different bottle; or if we cannot replace it with another bottle, we will offer a refund equivalent to the value of the bottle. We may request the return of the faulty bottle. Many wines are sold for consumption when young, so we provide simple guidelines to help customers understand the optimal drinking time for all our wines. If the wine is stored for too long or not properly preserved, we may not be able to provide a refund. V. PAYMENT POLICY

Due to the business characteristics of the alcohol industry (conditionally traded product), according to the provisions of Article 6 of Decree No. 24/2020/ND-CP on Prevention and Control of Harms of Liquor and Beer Abuse (the Law) on preventing people under 18 years old from approaching, accessing, searching for information and buying liquor and beer in e-commerce sales of liquor and beer.
