Vega Sicilia3Vega Sicilia became a part of the Álvarez family's life in 1982. With a constant and steady growth, Vega Sicila is the most historical and prestigious winery from Spain today. This winery is known for its rich, complex reds made primarily from the grape Tinto Fino (Tempranillo). Yields are kept low, aided by green harvesting and painstaking grape selection. Winery operations are just as meticulous, with a complicated series of rackings from large barrels to barriques, mixing old and new oak and leading to wines that are capable of long aging.
Domaine Jean-Louis Chave8Domaine Jean-Louis Chave is a true icon of the northern Rhône, producing wines that are highly sought after by wine enthusiasts around the world. The vineyards of Domaine Jean-Louis Chave are spread across some of the most prestigious appellations of the northern Rhône, including Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, and Crozes-Hermitage. The winery follows strict viticultural practices, including organic and biodynamic farming methods, to ensure the highest quality grapes are harvested.

Opus One4Opus One was founded by Baron Philippe de Rothschild, legendary proprietor of Château Mouton Rothschild, and renowned Napa Valley vintner Robert Mondavi. Château Musar4In 1930, at just 20 years old, Gaston Hochar founded Chateau Musar, inspired by Lebanon’s 6,000-year winemaking tradition and his travels in Bordeaux. His ‘wines with noblesse’ greatly impressed senior officers in the army following on from the French mandate of the 1920s. Major Ronald Barton, of Château Langoa-Barton, stationed in Lebanon during World War II became a great friend, strengthening the links between Chateau Musar and Bordeaux that remain to this day.

Domaine de la Romanée-Conti1Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, or DRC as it is commonly known, is easily Burgundy's best-known and most collectible wine producer. Based in the Burgundy village of Vosne-Romanée, the domaine sells wines from eight different grand cru vineyards that span the length of the Côte d'Or. The most famous comes from the eponymous Romanée-Conti vineyard, and on average is the most expensive wine in the world. Today, DRC is owned in part by the de Villaine family and in part by the Leroy family. Aubert de Villaine is the figurehead of the company

This winery is known for its rich, complex reds made primarily from the grape Tinto Fino (Tempranillo). Yields are kept low, aided by green harvesting and painstaking grape selection. Domaine Leroy4Established in 1868 in the small commune of Auxey-Duresses, the Leroy House owes its success to Henry Leroy, who started working in the family business in 1919. In 1942 he purchased 50% of the Romanée-Conti vineyards, which the family still owns with the Villaine family. Since 1955, his daughter Marcelle - who is nicknamed Lalou - is at the head of the domain. She relates that her father poured a drop of Musigny wine on her lips at her birth. Between 1985 and 1989, in order to produce the best wines, she bought the vines from the Noëllat and Philippe Rémy domains with the help of her Japanese importer to found the Domaine Leroy. Today Lalou Bize-Leroy is at the head of an extraordinary wine property of 22.4 hectares covering 24 appellations. No compromise for Leroy wines: biodynamics and extremly small yields. If the wines of the trading house are very popular, the wines of the domain are cult since they embody, with the DRC, what's best from Burgundy. The reputation of the domain has gone way beyond the French boundaries and it is now extremely difficult to get hold of one of these prestigious bottles. Domaine Leroy owns 1.19 hectares of Aux Boudots premier cru vines. Lalou Bize-Leroy brings us one of the most beautiful expressions of what this village is capable of. The nose evokes red fruit, violet and rose. The smoothness of the wine in the mouth is impressive, balanced by acidity and a superb mineral note at the finish which lends great sophistication. This is a wine to be aged in the cellar for at least 20 years. A benchmark.

Château Latour7In the commune of Pauillac, home to three of the five Bordeaux first growths, lies Château Latour, an estate famed for the phenomenal longevity and consistent quality of the wine that it has been producing for centuries. With mentions dating back to the 12th century, Chateau Latour is one of the oldest & most highly-regarded estates in the region. Today, the estate belongs to French millionaire Francois Pinault, specialized in luxury brands.

Petrus8Pétrus, one of the world`s rarest and most expensive wines. It was only when the Moueix family bought a half share in the property in 1962 that its true potential began to be fully realised. The 11.4 hectare vineyard is located on a plateau on the highest part of Pomerol in the far east of the appellation. The topsoil and the subsoil at Pétrus is almost all clay (in neigbouring properties the soil is a mixture of gravel-sand or clay-sand) and Merlot flourishes in this soil.
Domaine Jean-Louis Chave9Domaine Jean-Louis Chave is a true icon of the northern Rhône, producing wines that are highly sought after by wine enthusiasts around the world.

Many of the parcels sit adjacent to those of Burgundy superpower Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
