TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Crystal clear, a pale yellow colour enhanced by green and silver reflections.
Nose: The nose, very expressive, has notes of white fruit (ripe peach), with a slight hint of smoke.
Mouth: Nice texture on the palate, with fat and freshness; all perfectly balanced. Very aromatic overall, with aromas of white peach, apple, gooseberry... The subtly lemony finish is also remarkable. A wine with good ageing potential.
