The aromatic complexity of this wine is impressive, rich in notes of fresh nuts (hazelnut), white flowers and fresh butter, with a slight aniseed note reminiscent of fennel in the opening. There is also a beautiful gourmet nuance of fresh butter, linked to the aging in oak barrels on fine lees. The frank attack gives way to an ample and supple body.
