BRAND NAME: Bouvet Ladubay
In 1851, at the age of 23, Etienne Bouvet bought 8 kilometers of underground galleries in Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent with his wife Celestine Ladubay. They used the galleries as cellars to create a winery named Bouvet Ladubay, after their names.
