In the glass a bright golden yellow color. Small perlage. On the nose delicate aromas of light tropical fruits, citrus and apricot with well integrated hints of toast and nice minerality. On the palate dry, easy going in the mouth with nice freshness and acidity showing flavours of yellow apple and pear. Long and persistence finish.

BRAND NAME: Ca del Bosco
The story of Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta started in the mid-1960s, Annamaria Clementi Zanella purchased a little house in the heart of a chestnut forest. A decade later, her son Maurizio transformed the Ca’ del Bosco (house in the woods) into a state-of-the-art winery producing some of Italy’s top traditional method sparkling wines.
