TASTING NOTES: A pale yellow colour with slightly green tints. The nose is young, revealing the freshness and the whole personality of the white Sauvignon in its savoury aromas of intense citrus fruit. The lively attack is followed by a fine volume on the palate coming from the roundness of the Semillon. The woodiness is mellowed, leaving place to the aromas of juicy white fruit (pear, peach...). The end is divine.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Raw or cooked fish | Seafood | Foie gras | White meat | Cheese | Fruit desserts
