TASTING NOTES: Slight floral note on a minty background on the first nose. The second nose develops black cherry and curry. The mouth is corpulent. Cabernet Sauvignon marks volume with a delicate harmony of tannins. The finish is persistent and floral.

Chasse-Spleen is one of the leading estates in Moulis-en-Médoc and has long held a reputation as one of the finest non-classed growths. It was bought by the Taillan group in 1976, who also own Haut-Bages-Libéral, and is now run by the granddaughter of the founder, Claire Villars.
