55% Sémillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Muscadelle
TASTING NOTES:
On the palate, Semillon varietal helps giving out fat, round and balanced tastes whereas Sauvignon varietal brings citrus fruits aromas and a very pleasant acidity. Muscadelle varietal offers, on its side, lively floral aromas. When combined, those 3 noble varietals come up with a harmonious and fine balance. This wine offers a brilliant and crystal colour with green reflections. Its nose is intense and develops fruity notes (grapefruit and fig), mineral notes (schist and limestone) and floral notes (acacia tree flowers).
