The nose is really a beauty, super fresh with nice citrus flavors, also some peach and apple, nice spiciness, all very gentle. On the palate it starts super elegant, then a fresh and crisp acidity breaks through and reveals fruit notes of ripe apples and yellow stone fruits. It finishes with fresh citrusy acidity and great minerality, almost slightly salty
