TASTING NOTES: Fine foam that is both persistent and intense but without aggressiveness in the mouth. The color is pale gold with some green reflections. The aromas are fine and complex with some floral notes such as hawthorn combined with sensations close to gooseberry. The attack is lively while leading to a "sparkling" sensation that lingers in the mouth with great finesse. Good balance, the mouth is well melted. BRAND NAME: Lateyron
As far back as civil status archives go, the Lateyron family has lived in Saint-Emilionnais. Both in the 18th century and in the 19th, it was in Saint Georges that François, Jean and Yves Lateyron worked wine, while the following generations of Paul, then Michel and Claude settled in the neighboring communes of Montagne and Puisseguin-Saint -Emilion. Today it is Corinne and Lionel Lateyron (children of Claude Lateyron) who work to perpetuate the spirit of the House by combining scientific knowledge with respect for tradition.
